INFORMATION TO DATA SUBJECTS (PURSUANT TO ART.13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003)

Nature and location of data processing
The Data Controller acquires solely the data required for the proper management of the relations established with the Data Subjects, in particular with reference to the fulfilment of all legal / contractual / professional obligations.  Data is acquired directly from the Data Subject when establishing the professional relation or when given spontaneously by the Data Subject to the Data Controller (internet site, e-mail, traditional mail, etc.). Complying with the definition of personal data in force (Art.4 Legislative Decree 196/2003), this privacy disclosure refers to any information acquired in the above mentioned context, relating to a natural person who is identified or identifiable.  Data shall be processed at the operating headquarters of the Data Controller.

Purposes of data processing
Data processing is carried out exclusively for the proper management of the relations established with the Data Subjects and relevant fulfilments (including, by way of example: preliminary requirements for signing contracts for the supply of products/services to the Data Subjects, executing such contracts and protecting the resulting credits; standard internal operating, management and accounting requirements; giving of the necessary notices; fulfilling any type of obligations envisaged by the laws or regulations in force, especially on taxation).

Processing procedures
In addition to data collection, data processing shall consist in recording, storage, change, communication, erasure, dissemination, assignment and shall be carried out  using paper or computer and telematic electronic tools with fair practices and using tools that are suitable to ensure data security and confidentiality.  Data shall be stored for the time required for the purposes of data collection and legal obligations, and at the end of such time data shall be erased or made anonymous.

Communication and dissemination of data
Data shall be processed by company employees authorised by an appointment letter according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, notified to them via specific written instructions.
Data may be disclosed to other subjects to comply with obligations envisaged by the law or by a contract of which the Data Subject is a party or for administrative, financial or commercial requirements (should the fundamental rights and freedoms, dignity or legitimate interest of the Data Subject not prevail).
Data Subjects may request, at any time and without set formal procedures, the list of third parties that may have access to data (in their capacities as Data Processors, Persons in charge of data processing or individual Controllers).

Rights of the Data Subject
With regards to the above mentioned data, the Data Subjects shall be entitled to exercise the rights envisaged in articles 7 and subsequent ones of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and in particular, the right to access his/her personal data, the right to rectify, update and delete wrong or incomplete data, or data collected breaching the law, as well as the right to object to processing on legitimate grounds.

The company processes the data of users/visitors of this website in compliance with the provisions of the regulations in force on the subject.
