It is carried out on plants to repair any occasional breakdown. This  activity is efficaciously carried out thanks to qualified and competent personnel that is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Besides normal interventions on site, other call services can be given:
- Search for the solution of the simplest problems
- Technical suggestions for the installation of spare parts
- Indications about the periodical checks to be carried out

Frigomeccanica supplies programmed upkeep interventions according to a specific agreement.
The service, which is periodically supplied at pre-established dates  as agreed upon with the customer, foresees a series of controls and upkeep interventions defined according to the kind of plants and the actual needs.

Remote service is assured by Frigomeccanica to all its customers using "Proges" system.
By means of  a phone connection by modem according to the customer’ specific authorisation, we can monitor all the connected plants and give the necessary indications for their correct utilisation.

From our offices the technical personnel can directly communicate with  all customers, equipped with the suitable structures, so that a fast and complete exchange of information can be obtained to quickly solve problems.

CERTIFIED INSPECTION OF DATA SURVEY SYSTEMS:

Data survey systems, made up of % humidity probes, temperature  probes and process  control devices must be periodically controlled  to check their precision and efficiency.
This operation must be carried out by means of high-precision specific tools certified by competent bodies.
To meet these needs Frigomeccanica created a new service: “calibration and certified calibration" to help its customers  to comply with ISO, HACCP, and EMAS certification procedures or to optimise internal control operations.
