Speck Processing
SALTING
The system consists in a series of ceiling-mounted ventilated evaporators with either direct expansion cooling or glycol water cooling.
This type of system maintains the desired temperature without reducing the humidity of the product.
Operation is managed and controlled by a microprocessor.
