In the latest Software PROGES 3.0 version Frigomeccanica turned it attention to the by now consolidated process data collections in order to process them, so as to give useful indications to process managers, as well as to the necessity/opportunity of electric power monitoring and following control.

As a matter of fact , thanks to the recent liberalisation of energy supply contracts, much more advantageous agreements can be entered if consumption creation is known in details.
The best strategy to obtain the maximum saving can be studied after obtaining the above information, that is to say consumption in Kw/hours and the maximums which can be found in the periods.

For some contracts the minimum also exists where the contracting party must pay this value even if lower power levels are taken for some periods.

The management of time belts, generators (if any), and restarts is integral part of the program. Data collected through PROGES 3.0 can be visualised in tables or graphs, statistically processed, and exported without any difficulty.

The system is made up of a centralised PC receiving consumption information through a GMC group, which can be supplied by the energy seller or a measurement group, which can be supplied by Frigomeccanica.

The connection is made up by exploiting the data acquisition serial line, without any additional cost for the execution of supplementary electric lines.
