On May 26th, 1997 through 155 and 156 law decrees 43/93 and 93/99 EC directives were received concerning food products hygiene and the supplementary measures concerning the official control of food products.
These standards show the legislator's will to direct more and more the control action to the prevention components, and to give the producers the main responsibility for product hygienic quality assurance.
In order to meet the new self-control and autocertification needs of food firms FRIGOMECCANICA processed a software which is able to give procedural and operational addresses in order to find critical points and to maintain safety procedures according to the principles HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is based on.

Manual or automatic acquisition (if both HACCP 3.0 and PROGES 3.0 program are purchased) of thermal-hygrometric parameters:
- Setting for ponderal physical measure recording
- Introduction of the production data such as the product pH by means of working cards

Setting of desirable intervals for control parameters, with default indication of indicative values.
Automatic comparison between the parameters found and desirable intervals and suggestion of corrective actions.
Graphic presentation of temporal series, control graphs, instantaneous visualisation of any non- compliance condition.
Statistical processing aiming at the comparison between the series and in search for the correlations between the variables of the technological process.
