- Product pH
- Kind of raw material used (aspect, colour, consistency, etc.)
- Raw materials provenience
- Arrival temperature of goods
- Product condition during the various processing phases
- Physical position of the lots
- Loss in weight of the product through line balances or in the rooms
- Setting for EEC standard symbols
- Customer management

 

OUTPUT DATA:

Technological results
Creation of graphs, statistics, working expiries, and qualitative set points according to the storage of the product optimal results.
This is very important for the person in charge of production and quality control, because it allows a qualitatively high, linear and constant production.
