Instantaneous room temperature and humidity values, the functional parameters of the refrigeration groups, and the program and phase number can be read by the 9" led liquid crystal back lighted screen with 640 x 480 PIXEL resolution this tool is equipped with.

The set point of the working program can be visualised and set:

- room temperature and humidity
- hot and cool fluid adjustment
- running and pause times
- cycle times
- air renewal times
- operation according to time belts
– enthalpic operation

Furthermore, the system operation general alarms are visualised.

The instrument, the use of which is made easier by the menu setting structure, allows to set 12 programs; each of them can be made up of 24 phases, reads the signals coming from a loading room (balance), from heart probes, from pH or O2 measuring devices and is set to be connected with a central unit (personal computer).
Its peculiar feature consists in visualising the continuous room temperature and humidity trend graph of the last 24 hours; the selected set points are also indicated.

The MCP-VIDEO tool allows to control:

1 single room:
The microprocessor controls one single room.

1 room with duplicated resources:
The microprocessor controls one room with two UTAs, two compressors, two batteries, etc..

2 independent rooms:
The microprocessor controls two completely independent rooms.

2 rooms with one common resource:
The microprocessor controls two rooms with one UTA, one compressor or any other common resource which is not used at the same time.

 

High temperature configuration (drying, seasoning, processing rooms, etc..)

The following installation typologies are possible for high temperature configuration room:

- SEASONING/PROCESSING / FREON DRYER

- SEASONING/ PROCESSING /GLYCOL DRYER

1) 9 working programs can be stored for every kind of product (salami, coppa, pancetta, etc..).

2) Each of the 9 programs has 24 available phases.

3) Every phase has 5 available working cycles.

4) The available working cycles are:

- Cooling
- Heating
- Drying
- Seasoning
- Pause
