Micro CP Group Chiller

This microprocessor tool is dedicated to control production plants and the distribution circuit of cool glycol water. It is equipped with a user interface with a liquid crystal back lighted screen and a keyboard where keys have international symbols

The software has the same structure as the menu settings.

For every compressor of the chiller group what follows is measured:

- delivery pressure/temperature
- intake pressure
- oil temperature
- oil flow inspection
- general alarm
- max. pressure alarm
- min. pressure alarm
- oil temperature alarm
- no oil flow alarm
- delivery temperature alarm
- protection thermal relay alarm

Furthermore, the software carries out the following functions:

- it controls production and distribution pumps
- it measures the temperature of the various circuit branches
- it detects the alarms of motor protection thermal relay

An instrument controls 1 to 16 motor condenser groups.

Furthermore, two time sharing operation tools can be installed; in this case, tools redundancy assures the system operation even if one of the two tools breaks.

The tool is set to be connected with the central unit (personal computer).

The supervision, carried out through a personal computer equipped with FRIGOMECCANICA PROGES 3.0 software, allows to easily control the operation of the refrigeration unit and the diagnostics of every component.

Furthermore, by means of PROGES TIME BANDS AND PROGES MAXIMUMS modules, production costs can be optimised by privileging the refrigeration unit operation during the time belts when electric power is cheaper.
