Micro CP Engine Room

It is a microprocessor tool to control the motor-condenser groups. It is equipped with a user interface with a led liquid crystal back lighted screen, and a keyboard where keys have the international symbols.
The software has the menu setting structure.

For every compressor what follows is measured:

- Delivery pressure/temperature
- Intake pressure
- Oil temperature
- Oil flow control
- General alarm
- Max. pressure alarm
- Min. pressure alarm
- Oil temperature alarm
- No oil flow alarm
- Delivery temperature alarm
- Alarms of protection thermal relay

One tool can control 1 to 16 motor-condenser groups.

Two tools with time sharing operation can be installed; in this case, tool redundancy assures the system operation in case of breaking of one of the two tools as well.

The instrument is set to be connected with the central unit (personal computer).

The supervision, carried out through a personal computer equipped with FRIGOMECCANICA PROGES 3.0 software, allows to easily check the operation of the whole refrigeration unit and the diagnostics of every component.

Furthermore, by means of the PROGES TIME BANDS AND PROGES MAXIMUMS modules, production costs can be optimised by privileging the refrigeration centre operation during the time belts when electric power is cheaper.
